Introducing a new segment to Third Act Film, Game of Thrones Spoiler Discussion. Every week we will discuss then events of that weeks Game of Thrones episode.

Now, we are aware that the first 4 episodes were leaked earlier, so those who have seen them please refrain?from spoiling any future episodes. All TV spoiler comments from episodes that have not yet aired will be removed.
Book readers! Oh how I love and loath you guys! Those who have read the books, can we also refrain from spoiling. I understand some parts of season 5 have changed events from the books, so that is allowed to be discussed.
The goal of this weekly segment is a place for discussion on each episode and speculate on future episodes.
Cersei Lannister
We get an interesting looking into Cersei’s past and a better understanding of her past. We are introduced with a premonition?that all of her children will die and that she will be replaced by a younger more beautiful woman.
Is the premonition about Margaery Tyrell?or perhaps Sansa Stark?
Tywin’s Funeral
GoT has damaged me so much that I honestly assumed?Jaime?and Cersei were going to have sex in front of their father’s corpse. Instead we got a major burn from Cersei to Jaime stating how he killed their father by accident whilst Tyrion at least did it deliberately. This scene clearly shows that Cersei is mad?and wants to see Tyrion punished. However, Jaime makes a strong argument when he points out that this is exactly what people want. They want them to be against each other as other families creep their way toward the throne.
I think the fall of the Lannisters has started and without Tywin to help, they’re screwed!
Lancel Lannister
Incest?cousin to Cersei now turn ‘Sparrow’, which by the looks of it is an extreme religious cult. This can lend itself to being quite dangerous as he could tell the world Cersei was behind the murder of her husband’s death and the death of the king.
I can imagine this playing out into some form of blackmail.
Tyrion Lannister & Varys
Continuing Tyrion’s storyline after he murder his lover Shae and his father Tywin, we see Tyrion stumble out of a box with Varys in a supposedly safe location. We find out why Varys saved Tyrion as by staying true to his character he is always thinking of the greater good and for the kingdom. Varys has plans for Tyrion that also involved Daenerys Targaryen.
This, I can’t wait for. Tyrion, Varys and Daenerys team-up with the hopes of taking Kings Landing. This is probably too good to be true and Tyrion and Varys will probably die before they reach Daenerys, but a man can dream!
Daenerys Targaryen
Not all is well for the?Queen of a recently liberated city. We have a sweet scene of an Unsullied seeking romantic affection from a prostitute only to have his throat slit. Who are these golden-masked men? Do the people of Meeren want Daenerys there or not?
I think Daenerys’ decision on how to handle this will play an important role for the future.
Fighting Pits
Daario Naharis manages to slightly convince Daenerys that the Fighting Pits?are a good idea seeing as she’s removed all other traditions. And he delivers a great line and reminder that she is the mother of dragons not the Unsullied.
The Pits?can be used a practise ground for Daenerys to understand and control her dragons and possibly form new soldiers that aren’t contracted to her like the Unsullied.
The Dragons
We still don’t know where the black dragon, Drogon, is and the other two dragons Rhaegal and Viserion aren’t best pleased with Daenerys locking them up in a cave. She has a lot of making up to do with them.
Brienne of Tarth and Pod
I feel like the writers are just messing with Brienne now, after being so close to ‘saving’ Ayra Stark it is seen that Sansa Stark with Littlefinger weren’t that far away either. We see how the relationship between Brienne and Pod is starting to fall apart as Brienne fails her duty.
But we know Pod, he is persistent and persuasive, he will change Brienne mind and get her back on track to find Sansa Stark.
Littlefinger & Sansa Stark
We are shown what has become of little Robin Arryn after his Mother?Lysa Arryn was killed. Littlefinger has pretty much dumped him somewhere else to learn how to become a man. Then he takes Sansa to an unknown location which is apparently safe from Cersei’s clutches.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens to Robin after his stay and if he loses the attitude or grows to resent Littlefinger.
Jon Snow & Stannis Baratheon
A match made in heaven. Stannis has plans to take back the north and Winterfell from the Bolton house with the help from Jon Snow and the Wildings. Convincing?Mance Rayder to comply however didn’t quite fit in with the plan. We have Mance put to death by fire and Jon Snow interrupting that with an mercy-killing of an arrow to the heart.
The plan to take back the north I love, however getting the Wildings to comply will be tougher than Stannis believes. Plus what can of response will Stannis have for Jon after take away the punishment he had given to Mance?
